Congratulations, you just downloaded a cool podcast, it's an all new Geek at Arms! The guys kick things off with a discussion of their recent actual play campaign, Quantum Childhood. Bryan then starts Geek Out with his thoughts on the new Trigun Stampede anime and the deck-building game Inscryption. Speaking of card games he and James discuss how tempted they've been by the latest Magic: The Gathering expansion, Lord of the Rings: Tales of Middle Earth! James talks about the MANY superhero movies he's caught up on recently, which he considers the new Spider-Man: Across The Spider-Verse to be the best. After giving a glowing review of Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves, he describes how the AppleTV show Ted Lasso just might be one of his all time favorites. Mike rounds out the segment with his recent appearance on The Retro Rewind Podcast and shares some of the sites and museums he saw on his recent trip to Ireland. Geeks at Play episodes are our special actual-play productions. In this adventure, NutriCorp, a food-producing Mega-glomeration, has put out a call for independent contractors for a one-night job. The task is to clean up a few small* health violations so the plant can get back up and running in the morning. NutriCorp committed to sustainable** and ethical*** food production for a better, yummier future.
It’s an easy one-night job. What could possibly go wrong? Joining the crew for this zany, family-friendly adventure is a trio Ryan Felton of City on a Hill Gaming, Geek at Arm’s own Bryan, and newcomer AJ Clayborne.

He then describes how much he's enjoyed playing the classic D&D module Tomb of Horrors that Bryan is dm'ing. Next Bryan talks about the DC slug fest Black Adam and how much he's enjoyed a recent reread of The Lord of The Rings. Mike then shares his thoughts on the compelling book Stranger Things Psychology: Life Upside Down by Travis Langley and how he thoroughly enjoyed the movie Weird: The Weird Al Yankovic Story. In the last movie of the Host's Choice Film Club, the guys take a deep look at the 1998 neo-noir sci-fi film Dark City.
